Features

Listings
Use the web-based admin area to add, modify and remove property listings. Each listing can be linked to an agent, have multiple photos, virtual tour, interactive map and more.

Agents
Create any number of agents. Certain agents can be allowed to login and manage their own listings. They can edit their own profiles and upload a small picture of themselves.

Print Brochures
A brochure with photos, property and contact details is auto-generated for each listing.

Photos
Multiple photos can be uploaded to each listing. Photos are resized automatically to fit on screen.

Virtual Tours
You can easily create and publish virtual tours of your properties using a typical digital camera and software that we provide with Swift Homes.

Interactive Maps
Each property can be plotted on an interactive map to give the buyer a visual representation of location.

Property Searches
Potential buyers can use the Quick Search which is present on every page or Advanced Search which lets them enter very specific details about the property they are looking for.

Buyer Registration
Potential buyers are encouraged to create an account and save their favorite listings.

Affiliate System
Included is a system that tracks referrals from other web sites, allowing you to credit them for referrals.

Other Features
Additional features include 'Featured Listings', new listings, contact forms, mortgage calculator, 'Send to Friend' and more.

Menu Editor
Easily create categories and create menu buttons in them. The changes you make in your web-based control panel appear live on your site's navigation. Link to pages within your site or external pages.

Content Page Editor
Our feature packed 'What You See Is What You Get' page editor is simple to use. Create and update your content pages with a point and click interface. No programming skills or technical knowledge needed! You can change font settings, create tables, lists, insert links, upload images, embed media files, spell check and much more.

Side Box Editor
Side boxes optionally appear on page sides and allow you to display snippets of information such as news, testimonials, newsletter signup, or anything you would like.

News System
Included it a news system that lets you post and manage news items along with images. You may also setup automatic RSS headline importing. This allows you to have fresh content showing on your without having to do a thing!

Advertisement System
You can place text, image or custom HTML ads on the side of your pages. A comprehensive statistics tool allows you to track performance of individual ads and campaigns by date.

Newsletter Signup
Swift Homes integrates with a powerful Newsletter system and provides an easy way to get new signups to your mailing list. Keep your visitors informed!

Testimonials
Use a special area to publish testimonials from your buyers and sellers.

Budget
You can take advantage of Swift Homes on a limited budget. Simply choose one of eight premade color schemes and send us your logo. If you do not have a logo we can design one. We will set your Swift Homes site up and use your logo along with attractive stock photography to design a custom header.
